Great management and the staff are wonderful. Extremely friendly and professional. The store is always clean. I have witnessed customers who were extremely rude and the baristas were very diplomatic. Some people will always be rude and they have so many customers who want there drinks perfect. They seem to be very unhappy. individuals. I travel quit a bit and this Katy store has the best caring staff. I feel like that is where a good manager comes.

Who doesn't like coffee on a rainy day or any day for that matter?!?! I decided to stop by the nearest Starbucks so that I could enjoy one of my favorite drinks: Caramel Macchiato! Service was quick and efficient! Kenneth was very polite and engaging when taking my order. I forgot to order my water and he offered to get me a cup of water with ice! That was sweet. I can also appreciate the lady who was sweeping to ensure the lobby stayed nice and tidy. The lobby is very spacious with limited seating, but comfy and cozy nonetheless! Enjoyed the soft mix of music that was playing as well!!!!! The many windows allows for lots of natural light if that's your thing. When it's not cold or rainy outside, guest can enjoy patio seating. Great location right off the freeway, surrounded by several local businesses, one being a car wash which sits adjacent to Starbucks!
